We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, please check if the product you ordered was from Handicraft Store. This is usually listed on your packing slip, order confirmation email and in your online account. In that case please email with 5-7 pictures of the damaged or defective item clearly showing the defects / damage within 1 day from the delivery date. Please remember, that we have a strict 1-day claim policy. Once we receive the complaint, we shall analyze the defect/ problem and make 100% refund or replace the item.
Our first preference is to replace the item. If the item is not available with us we will credit you your total purchase price.
