Measures to avoid transit damage of items is an integral part of our handicraft business. Five years of experience dispatching handicrafts item internationally, has enabled us to optimize our packing process and utmost care is taken to avoid any transit damage.
Some times due to mishandling of the consignment at various level an item can be damaged, Despite our care, if a customer receives any item in a damaged condition, we request him / her to send 5 different photographs of the damaged item clearly showing the extent of the damages within 24 hrs of receiving the item.
After accessing the damage we will either replace the item (subject to availability) or refund the cost of the item.
